I wanted to sincerely thank you for your incomprable work in helping us find our dream home. As you know, moving can be an extremely stressful and uncertain time for any family - and we certainly were no exception. There were so many important and specific factors we had to consider: location, price, school district, the ever changing housing market, price, neighborhood, condition, ...price, etc. Yet, through the entire process you always seemed to instill a sense of quiet confidence that made us feel that everything would all work out for the best.
As I’m sure you recall, there were many “maybes” and countless “not quite rights” and eventually even some disappointing lost bids. Towards the end, it seemed like the growing frustration of not finding “our” home was hopeless. When many other agents would have lost their enthusiasm, you became more determined. We began to trust you in such a way that, eventually, we knew you understood our sense of style and needs in a way that went beyond the call of duty. Ultimately, you made us feel incredibly comfortable and secure.
Of course, in the end (when all seemed lost) we did find “our” home. As before, you shepherded us through the whole process. In short, you were always by our side - every step of the way. You were even there with us to christen the house with a glass of champagne!
In my business I strive to build a sense of trust and personal care with my clients. I try to empathize with them to understand their goals and fears. You represent all these qualities and more. You are generous with both your time and your spirit.
